No more PhD's

It still is not too late to cancel the doctoral program. Drop the unnecessary and untenable, and concentrate our intellect on the possible, which in our case is the Masters program, improving it upgrading it, make it into the Kennedy school like program, that should be the course of action to pursue. Or we sit idly by and wait to whither or become irrelevant.
